Photography Terms and Services Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Aaron Quen - Quen’s Photography (the Photographer) and the Client for photography services. By booking a session or package, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payments
1.1 Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid 1 day or the day of the event.
1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Zelle but our business prefers cash if possibe.
1.3 Rescheduling: If the Client needs to reschedule, notice must be provided at least 10 Days before the event if notice is less than 10 a amount of $50 will be applied. The deposit may be applied to a new date, subject to availability.

2. Event Coverage
2.1 Scope of Coverage: The Photographer will capture key moments and aim to meet the Client’s requests, but certain shots cannot be guaranteed due to the event’s nature.
2.2 Time Extension: Additional coverage requested during the event will incur an extra fee of [$100] per hour.

3. Deliverables
3.1 Photo and Video Editing: All images and videos will be professionally edited to the Photographer’s artistic standards.
3.2 Delivery Timeline: Final products will be delivered within
[14 weeks/ 3 months] after the event via an online gallery, USB drive, or other specified methods.
3.3 File Storage: Digital files will be stored for up to [6 MONTHS]. After this period, it is the Client’s responsibility to back up the files.

### 4. Intellectual Property and Usage
4.1 Copyright Ownership: The Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images and videos.
4.2 Client Usage: The Client receives a personal-use license, allowing them to print, share, and post images on social media. Credit to the Photographer is appreciated when sharing online but not necessary.
4.3 Commercial Use: Images and videos may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent and appropriate licensing fees.

### 5. Model Release
5.1 Consent to Use: The Client agrees that the Photographer may use images and videos for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and portfolio, unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation by Client: If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
6.2 Cancellation by Photographer: In the rare event the Photographer cannot fulfill the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement Photographer will be provided if possible.

7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1 Equipment Failure: The Photographer is not liable for events beyond their control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or venue restrictions.
7.2 Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, permits, or clearances for photography at the event location.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Photographer [Quen’s Photography] and the Client.
8.2 Amendments: Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
